Environmental Impact Statement

On 13 June 2023, the Minister for Planning and Land Management gave notice to the planning and land authority under section 226 of the Planning and Development Act 2007 (the Act) that no action will be taken in relation to the Brickworks Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).

This means that the EIS process is now complete.

The assessment report is available via the ACT Legislation Register and the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) websites, linked below:

This is an important milestone for the project as it allows DOMA to submit and EDP DA which is expected to lodged shortly with a period of public notification to follow.
